The 2003 Ship team started off at home, going 13-2 in their first 3 games, and never lost a game at home all season long. After a loss on the road, the Lady Raiders put together a 14-game win streak that saw Ship outscore its opponents 76-10 behind All-Americans Carli Bordner, Lindsey Knupp, and Kelly Stewart. The 273 points scored by the team was an NCAA record at the time. Despite a loss in the PSAC final, the Raiders earned a NCAA bid but lost in the semifinals.
