The 2007 Crimson Hawks split a pair of games on the road in the opening weekend, but four consecutive shutouts and a fifth straight win moved their record to 6-1. A loss to Kutztown preceded nine straight wins, outscoring their opponents 27-5. An overtime loss to Ship closed out the regular season, but the Crimson Hawks defeated the Raiders in the PSAC semifinal before beating Bloomsburg 4-3 in overtime to claim the first PSAC title in school history and earn the top seed in the South. In the NCAA semifinals, the Crimson Hawks fell to that same Bloom squad, ironically by the same margin of 4-3. Lydia Dolly, Sylvia Guerrieri, Liz Martini, Barbara Heemelaar, Brittany Owens, and Kellen Yoder all earned All-American honors.
